Orders are processed in a 7 business day time frame after design is approved and payment is made.
This does not include shipping or transit time of the completed items.

Shipping will be charged/billed at a rate calculated by USPS. Shipped items will be sent out via USPS first class or priority mail depending on weight of items.
Shippable orders will receive, via email, a tracking number within 24 business hours of the time it was shipped. Orders consisting of multiple packages may have separate tracking numbers.
Curbside pickup will be an offered option beginning March 14th, 2020. Customers will be notified when the order is ready for pickup. At that time, customer should then schedule a time to pick up the order via the online scheduling tool located at https://www.moosemyshirt.com/book-online or directly with the staff at Moose My Shirt. Moose My Shirt cannot guarantee order pickup availability without a scheduled time. At the time of the pickup appointment, customer should pull up to the front of the store and remain in their vehicle. Then text “HERE” to 414-604-6154. Someone will bring the order directly out to the vehicle.

All Orders are final. No refunds or exchanges are available unless the item is defective or misprinted by Moose My Shirt. If decoration is not properly staying on the garment or accessory, Moose My Shirt will fix it at no cost. If a damaged item(s) has to be shipped, Moose My Shirt will cover the shipping costs.
